Job summary

A leading investment platform in Singapore is searching for a Financial Controller / Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function. In this role, you will manage finance operations, oversee audits, and ensure compliance within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in venture capital or asset management, and possesses strong accounting judgment. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Background in venture capital, private equity, or asset management.
• Experience owning audits and complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance operations for Mirana entities.
• Oversee monthly close, management reporting, and annual financial statements.
• Act as the primary finance counterpart to senior management.

Skills

Strong accounting and financial judgment

Experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management

Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Able to engage senior stakeholders confidently
