The successful candidate will take full ownership of the finance function, providing strategic leadership and executive-level partnership to guide sustainable organizational growth. This role involves managing the end-to-end financial operating system, including the enhancement of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting cycle, ensuring all management accounts and forecasts meet rigorous quality standards while remaining audit-ready. A significant portion of the role focuses on treasury management and cash strategy, where you will maintain visibility over liquidity and capital requirements. Additionally, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function to deliver performance insights, variance analysis, and commercial decision support for large-scale projects and partnerships.
As a leader, you will mentor a dedicated team, driving process improvements and scalable workflows across the corporate group to ensure operational excellence.
You should possess at least a decade of progressive financial leadership experience, supported by a recognized professional accounting qualification such as a CA or CPA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing finance teams within fast-paced or high-growth environments. You must demonstrate comprehensive technical proficiency across financial reporting, internal controls, and tax governance, alongside the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Proficiency with modern enterprise resource planning systems and advanced data management tools is essential. Experience navigating diverse stakeholder relationships and complex commercial contracts within an international business context will be highly regarded.
