Role Description

We are seeking a Head of eCommerce, SEA, for a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive eCommerce sales and improve performance across the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities include overseeing online sales channels, managing web analytics, implementing eCommerce initiatives, and ensuring seamless project management for new campaigns. The role also entails leading a team, analyzing sales trends, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in managing eCommerce businesses in SEA
  • Strong skills in eCommerce operations and Sales, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Project Management for eCommerce initiatives, including planning, execution, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities to drive success in a competitive market.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Southeast Asia market are highly desirable.
  • Preferably led or managed the set-up of a strong brand .com business.
  • Experience in a digital-first or eCommerce-driven organization is an advantage.
