Responsibilities
  • Revenue ownership: Responsible for delivering advertising revenue growth target for the country
  • Drive strategy & execution: Drive client segmentation, portfolio assignment, client acquisition, adoption, retention and upselling of solutions with key clients
  • Lead the team: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales & account management organization.
  • Collaborate regionally: Work with Product, Strategy, Operations, and Commercial teams to build the growth pillars for country context, and use them to drive revenues growth.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing etc.
  • 7+ years in advertising sales, digital marketing and media, leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong record in building driving advertising revenue growth, advertising solutions, building client partnerships, and strategic execution.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, media, and data-driven marketing ecosystems.
  • Solid domain or team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
