Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and competitiveness.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high performance.
4. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT infrastructure and operations.
5. Oversee the management and support of key business applications and systems.
6. Establish and enforce IT security policies, risk management practices, and compliance protocols.
7. Manage the IT budget, control costs, and oversee vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage).
• Strong background in digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP and ETRM).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
