Main Responsibilities

The Head of Human Capital Management will be responsible for aligning the organisation’s strategic goals with a comprehensive HR roadmap, ensuring business priorities are met. This includes developing and institutionalising governance frameworks, driving workforce planning, and building a strong leadership pipeline. The incumbent will design and execute performance management systems, manage competitive compensation and benefits structures, and oversee HR operations to ensure seamless execution of processes and compliance. Additionally, the incumbent will develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that reflects the organisation\'s values and business objectives, enhancing the employer brand and stakeholder trust.

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business, or equivalent. IHRP certification will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a HR leadership role, with a track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Background from asset management/ investment/ funds management/ private equity industry with large established corporations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and performance management systems.
  • Experience in designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute CSR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
