Overview

Earthpacs Capital seeks an experienced professional to lead its finance and investment functions. Working closely with the Principal/CEO, this role drives investment strategy, manages portfolio companies, and ensures operational and financial excellence across the family office.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Management
  • Evaluate direct investments (venture, seed, pre-seed) with due diligence and financial analysis.
  • Present recommendations and oversee investee performance.
Strategy & Planning
  • Co-develop investment strategy and long-term financial plans.
  • Identify emerging themes and new opportunities aligned with office goals.
Operations & Governance
  • Manage internal/outsourced finance, legal, and compliance resources.
  • Strengthen processes and maintain advisor and partner relationships.
Leadership & Business Development
  • Build networks with investors, partners, and portfolio companies.
  • Foster collaboration and mentor junior team members.
Oversight & Compliance
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and maintain financial models.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support board-level reporting.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (CFA/MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years’ experience in investment management, corporate finance, or family office.
  • Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ability.
  • Proven leadership with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
