Job summary

A leading health and fitness organization in Singapore is seeking a Head Coach to lead classes and inspire a culture of education, community, and transformation. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in group fitness, with strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for functional training. This role involves mentoring instructors, refining programming, and delivering fitness activations, contributing directly to the organization's mission of promoting healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in group fitness, functional training, or strength & conditioning.
• At least 3 years in a senior instructor or head coach role.
• Strong background in functional movement, exercise science, and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Execute MORROW's group programming, facilitating 7–10 classes weekly.
• Train, mentor, and hold instructors accountable for MORROW's standards.
• Collaborate with the Head of Exercise to refine and evolve programs.
