Celebrated for its authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and culinary excellence, we are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen and uphold our legacy of excellence.

This is a senior leadership role for a passionate, hands‑on culinary professional who will take full ownership of the kitchen, drive consistency, mentor teams, and deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and execute all food menus in line with Beirut Grill’s culinary vision
  • Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of taste, authenticity, and presentation
  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely service
  • Lead, train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team; manage schedules and performance reviews
  • Take full responsibility for kitchen planning, food preparation, and execution
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, ordering, and cost control
  • Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  • Proactively resolve operational issues and lead confidently during high‑pressure service periods
  • Collaborate with management to continuously innovate and elevate the dining experience
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen culture
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurant
  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine, cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Proven track record in leading kitchens, managing teams, and maintaining consistency at scale
  • Strong operational, organisational, and cost‑control skills
  • Excellent leadership and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in plating and presentation
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
