Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver age-appropriate gymnastics lessons for recreational and competitive groups (children aged 3–18, adults welcome in some classes).
2. Teach proper techniques for artistic gymnastics disciplines (floor, vault, uneven bars, balance beam for women; floor, vault, parallel bars, high bar, rings for men).
3. Develop individualized training plans for competitive athletes to improve skills and prepare for local/national competitions.
4. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, equipment maintenance checks, and emergency response procedures.
5. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress, upcoming events, and student performance.
6. Assist in organizing and managing gymnastics meets, exhibitions, and open houses.
7. Mentor and support junior coaches and volunteers; collaborate with the academy management team to refine program curricula.
8. Maintain accurate records of attendance, skill assessments, and student progress.

Technical Skills
