Job summary

A recognized hotel chain in Singapore is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate. You will manage guest registrations, reservations, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires working onsite with no remote options available. The salary is competitive at $15.35 hourly for 30 to 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Process group arrivals and departures.
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
