Job summary

A prominent wildlife destination in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should possess a GCE ‘N/O’ Level or above, with a pleasant and energetic personality. Responsibilities include conducting safety checks, managing ticketing operations, and motivating part-time staff. Candidates with customer service experience will have an advantage. This role requires weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service through storytelling.
  • Perform accurate transactions at ticketing touchpoints.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and secure guests on high-element rides.
  • Resolve feedback, issues, and concerns from guests.
  • Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
  • Conduct training of part-time staff.
  • Educate guests on wildlife campaigns in the parks.
  • Identify and propose improvements to enhance guest experience.
Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service through storytelling and creating moments of delight.
  • Perform accurate transactions at ticketing touchpoints in accordance with protocol.
  • Operate Adventure facility including conducting daily safety checks and securing guests onto high-element rides.
  • Resolve feedback, issues and concerns raised by guests.
  • Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
  • Assist to conduct training of part-time staff in consultation with section lead.
  • Assist in wildlife-human management efforts:
  • Update and maintain records of sightings and movements of wildlife.
  • Educate guests on wildlife campaigns in the parks.
  • Assist to identify, propose and execute proposals on areas of improvement to create and enhance guest experience within the park.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

  • Able to work on Mondays to Fridays, 830am to 1230pm or 9am to 1pm
