A prestigious hotel in Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Officer - Concierge to ensure exceptional and consistent service delivery to guests. The role contributes to the efficient operations of the Rooms Division. Candidates should possess G.C.E. 'O' levels, and those with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be preferred. A minimum of 6 months experience in hotel operations and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer - Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Rooms Division.
