Responsibilities

• Preparation of all items to set up the kitchen for success.
• Receives product and ensures its quality, proper storage, and labeling.
• Keep kitchen stocked with product, disposables and clean utensils.
• Maintain floors and trash in the kitchen throughout the shift.
• Keep equipment, utensils, tools, and Back of House clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Assist in managing the lines and surrounding cleanliness.
• Preparation and making of food and beverages.
