Job summary

A hospitality company in Singapore is looking for a Front Office staff member to assist guests during their stay, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maximize room revenue through upselling. Candidates should possess a secondary education, good English proficiency, and must be customer-focused and detail-oriented. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. A well-presented and professional demeanor is required at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out, and other cashiering duties.
  • Work towards maximising room revenue by upselling higher room categories.
  • Provide warm welcome and fond farewell in accordance with hotel standards.
