About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Product Lead to lead the end-to-end development of our B2C digital wallet and payments app. You will define product strategy, drive user growth, and deliver best-in-class payment experiences across APAC markets.

What You Will Do
Product Strategy & Planning
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth strategies (MAU, transactions, retention).
  • Own key payment journeys: top-up, withdrawal, transfer, checkout, billing, rewards.
  • Conduct market/competitor/ regulatory research in APAC (SEA, HK, KR, JP, etc.).
Product Design & Delivery
  • Lead 0→1 and 1→N product design: PRD, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Work with engineering to deliver high-quality, on-time product releases.
  • Optimize payment success rate, performance, and user conversion flows.
User Growth & Activation
  • Design onboarding & activation funnels, retention strategies, and incentive systems
  • Partner with Operations to drive GMV and MAU growth.
  • Build data-driven dashboards and iterate product based on key metrics.
Compliance & Risk Control
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to meet regional regulations (KYC, AML, limits).
  • Improve risk capabilities including rules, strategies, device intelligence, and models.
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Payments, Settlement, Risk, Ops, Marketing, and Design teams.
  • Work with external partners (banks, PSPs, acquirers) to deliver integrated payment solutions.
What We Look For
  • 5+ years product management experience; 3+ years in wallet/payment products.
  • Strong understanding of payment flows: wallet, APM, card payment, bank transfers.
  • Proven experience delivering mobile app products end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in APAC/SEA payment landscape.
  • Experience in regulated fintech or licensed payment entities.
  • 0→1 product or growth product experience.
  • Owned MAU/GMV/ROI-related KPIs in previous roles.
