As Senior Manager, Growth & Partnerships, you’ll take ownership of growth, traffic quality, & monetisation outcomes across key commercial channels.
This is a commercial, execution-oriented role operating close to leadership, combining execution with orchestration—stepping in directly where performance, speed, or accountability matters most. Combining execution with orchestration.
This is a new permanent, full-time role.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own growth & monetisation performance across the full funnel (click → lead → appointment → sale)
- Diagnose performance issues, take corrective action, directly execute priority growth initiatives
- Manage & optimise channel mix, budgets, prioritisation (based on traffic quality, conversion, unit economics)
- Source, onboard, negotiate, and manage affiliates, publishers, commercial partners
- Monitor partner performance, compliance, scalability
- Work with internal teams, agencies, & partners to scale or pause channels based on results
- Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and performance discipline across growth & partnership initiatives
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, sales, &operations for growth execution with commercial objectives
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 8+ years’ experience in growth, partnerships, performance marketing, or commercial roles
- Proven ownership of growth, revenue, or monetisation outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment with hands‑on negotiation experience
- Clear understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and unit economics
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Experience working directly with affiliates, partners, agencies, or paid media specialists
- Execution-focused mindset, comfortable operating close to leadership and decision‑making
