You will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various social media platforms and manage the affiliate program. We are on a mission to make self‑care accessible for all, and for that, we are looking for an outstanding Growth Marketing Executive to join our in‑house marketing team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the MadeToBloom brand and our line of products. They are also highly creative, have strong interpersonal skills, are quick on their feet, take initiative, eager to learn and are good with social media.

In this role, you will have autonomy surrounding the campaigns you run, and get the resources you need to excel in this role.

As our Growth Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our MadeToBloom community. Your main goal is to drive awareness and retention for the MadeToBloom brand.

Responsibilities
  • Ideating and coming up with content ideas and strategy across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Developing strategic marketing plans to acquire, engage and retain consumers
  • Run our affiliate program to drive engagement and retention among our group of affiliates
  • Grow and manage MadeToBloom’s communities
  • Organise and plan virtual and on‑ground events to drive offline engagement
  • Working alongside the wider marketing team for ad‑hoc responsibilities or projects needed in the continuous growth of the overall brand
Qualifications
  • Is creative and loves pushing the boundaries
  • Is familiar with leading social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
  • Is familiar with and keeps abreast with market trends and consumer insights
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of what's trending on social media
  • Has a strong growth‑hack mindset and is relentlessly resourceful
  • Has strong project management skills
  • Is organised and can keep to given deadlines
  • Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extra points if you’re naturally a big MTB fan

Working hours 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri.
