Job Summary

The Group IT Senior Manager will lead the IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role ensures seamless IT operations, cybersecurity, and the integration of technology to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience managing IT systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IT Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and implement the Group IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead digital transformation projects (e.g., ERP, IoT, cloud migration).
    • Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement.
  2. Infrastructure & Operations
    • Oversee network, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity across multiple locations.
    • Ensure high availability of IT systems (24/7 operations if applicable).
    • Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP).
  3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
    • Establish and enforce IT security policies (ISO 27001, PDPA, etc.).
    • Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  4. Business Applications & ERP
    • Manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other business software.
    • Optimize IT processes for manufacturing/industrial operations (MES, SCADA, etc.).
    • Drive automation and data analytics initiatives.
  5. Team & Vendor Management
    • Lead and mentor the IT team (in-house & outsourced).
    • Manage relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and consultants.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years in IT management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.

  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
  • IT infrastructure & networking
  • Certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
