The Role

The Group Head of Human Resources will lead the development and execution of people strategies that enable growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment across the Group’s diverse portfolio. The role blends hands‑on HR operations with strategic leadership and offers the opportunity to build scalable frameworks across emerging businesses and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish group‑wide HR policies, frameworks, and governance practices aligned with business growth.
  • Advise the Group CEO and senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
  • Oversee HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and South Asia jurisdictions.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management, compensation, and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Support people integration and HR due diligence in M&A activities.
  • Drive HR digitalization and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance across the portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience in regional or multi‑entity environments.
  • Sound understanding of employment laws in Singapore, ASEAN and South Asian markets.
  • Strong operational HR experience with strategic exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in lean, entrepreneurial settings.
  • Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
