About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role provides comprehensive exposure to facilities management and office administration. You will play an essential part in ensuring a smooth and professional office environment while developing key skills in workplace support, service orientation, and organizational efficiency.

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme. The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities across various sectors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support front desk duties, including mail, courier services, and office supply management
  • Liaise with vendors and building management to address maintenance, repair, and service requests.
  • Assist with procurement processes and documentations for facilities and office-related services
Job Requirements
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 with diploma and above; or graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025, or completed their studies within 2025 but will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience or internship exposure in office management, property management, or related industries would be an advantage.
