• Assist in the day-to-day operation in warehouse facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with order processing, logistics management and assist in daily office and warehouse needs
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with production team, freight forwarders & clients (local/exports) support any delivery / QC and provide good customer service to clients
• Ensure good practice on workplace safety is adhere to at all time.
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits and inspection
• Perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Job Requirements

• Able to adapt to work in warehouse environment
• Driving License (Class 3 & Forklift) will be preferred
• Able to perform overseas work
• Willing to work in premises with sensitive and classified information
• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude
