Job summary

Work Location – Alexandra Road

Working Hours – Mon to Fri Office Hours

Contract – 1 Year

Monthly Salary – up to 5k per month (Salary commensurate with experience)

Job Scope
  • Developing graphics, infographics and video content to support communication strategies and public engagement plans to support the strategic initiatives. This includes but is not limited to the production of corporate materials, digital/social media content, marketing communications, and print production.
  • Proposing creative ideas, managing timelines, and coordinating resources for various design and media projects, including liaising with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the creation of video content and other media assets, providing both technical and creative support.
  • Monitoring and assessing ground sentiments for public transport related matters, and proposing and executing (where applicable) visual/video strategies to address these concerns.
  • Assisting with administrative and logistical support for meetings and events, including media conferences.
Responsibilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Design, Mass Communications, or any related discipline
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in creative design and video production
  • Strong design flair and a creative problem solver. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of video content creation, including production workflows, social media platforms, and performance analytics.
  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • An excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
