Join Siemens Mobility Graduate Program to gain international experience through three assignments, including one abroad, and develop expertise in sustainable mobility solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete three result-oriented assignments over two years to build in-depth knowledge of Siemens Mobility business.
• Participate in an eight-month international rotation at one of Siemens’ 1,700 worldwide locations to enhance intercultural competence and communication skills.
• Engage directly in daily business activities within international teams, taking accountability from the start.

About You

The company is looking for:

• An above-average Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Digitalization, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Strategy, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical fields focused on drive technology, automation, control engineering, traction power engineering, production technology, etc.
• Minimum of 4 months international experience gained through studying, working, or similar activities.
• No more than 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate internationally during the program.
• Forward-thinking, high-energy, dynamic mindset with a desire to contribute actively to international teams.
