Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding or import/export documentation.
• Familiar with Singapore Customs procedures and Free Trade Agreements.
• Knowledge of LC documentation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier services.
• Ensure timely collection, delivery, and clearance of cargo.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal tracking.

Skills

Experience in shipping

Familiarity with TradeNet

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of Incoterms 2020

Education

Minimum GCE 'O' Level
