This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Process Delivery, AP and partners closely with HR teams across Asia Pacific. The team thrives on collaboration, delivering operational excellence and supporting regional stakeholders with precision and care.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This individual will manage onboarding, employee transfers, and contract extensions while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Success in this role requires sharp analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about improving processes to elevate the employee’s experience.

Key qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Operations, Organization Management, or related field.
  • Workday Core HR experience required; ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll partner with HR and business stakeholders to process requests and deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiences. Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the region.

Core responsibilities:
  • Complete new hire onboarding and ensure accurate payroll data integration
  • Manage employee transfers and contract extensions, including documentation and coordination with managers
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to maintain accuracy and complianceDrive and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
  • Prepare and support weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and managers to resolve queries and deliver timely solutions
