Job summary

A global MNC is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner for a 6-7 month maternity cover contract in Singapore. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Mainly covering HRBP/ Generalist duties for local and group portfolios
  • Min 5 years of HR Generalist / Business partnering experience
  • Salary up to $7,000 + Prorated completion bonus
  • Comfortable with an Individual Contributor role with ad hoc regional calls
  • 6‑7 Months contract (Maternity Cover)

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with specific business priorities.
  • Performance Excellence: Drive frameworks for performance management, recognition, and career development.
  • Operational Agility: Review and refine HR policies to ensure the organization stays ahead of market best practices.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence to turn HR metrics into proactive business solutions.
