A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large IT development and production support teams (100+ FTEs) in outsourced/onshore-offshore setups.
• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail Banking, Payments, and Wealth Management.
• Experience managing delivery in multi-vendor environments.
• Strong project management skills; certified in project management and Agile ways of working.
• Hands-on understanding of software development, testing, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with fixed-price engagements, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Familiarity with IT outsourcing models and commercial engagement frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and productivity improvement techniques.
• Experience participating in RFPs, bid processes, and vendor transitions.
