Job summary

A global manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a Manager of Internal Audit to lead audit planning and execution across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in audit, including managerial roles, and strong knowledge of US GAAP. Proficiency in a North Asian language such as Korean or Japanese is preferred. The role includes overseeing audits, mentoring staff, and ensuring effective internal controls. Occasional international travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in audit and accounting, including supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for approximately 10%-30% of the time.
• Proficiency in a North Asian language such as Korean or Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit performance and reviews in the Americas region.
• Identify audit issues, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions.
• Evaluate auditor performance and mentor staff for growth.
