The Global Head of HR is a newly created, global leadership role that creates the internal conditions for the company's growth and transition toward a regenerative, ecosystem-driven business model. By shaping culture, building leadership and capabilities, redesigning performance and people systems, and enabling large-scale change, this role ensures that long-term strategic, commercial, and impact goals are embedded into everyday operations and behaviours.
Reporting to the business leader, the Global Head of HR drives enterprise value and impact by aligning people, culture, and capabilities with the organisation's strategic direction. This critical role translates regenerative principles into practical talent strategies and leadership behaviours while the company continues to expand its portfolio globally. Leads the evolution from siloed operations to a collaborative, stewardship-led, ecosystem-centred approach, with initiatives directly tied to commercial outcomes, resilience, and multi-capital impact.
Build capabilities in stakeholder engagement to drive the business model shift. Embed and develop next-generation competencies through leadership programmes focused on digital fluency, financial literacy, systems thinking, multi-capital value, collaboration, and ecosystem thinking.
The ideal candidate brings extensive senior HR leadership experience in complex, global, multi‑business/brands organisations, with a demonstrated track record in change management that drives large-scale cultural and organisational transformation. Deep expertise in culture architecture, organisational design and leadership development is essential, complemented by a true global citizen mindset that thrives across diverse geographies, cultures and regulatory environments. Over 18 years of HR experience required, with progressive leadership including senior roles leading regional and group HR functions. Proven success in highly matrixed, multi‑entity environments.
