Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance, AML, or Regulatory Compliance within a fintech, PSP, or E-commerce.
• Deep understanding of AML regulations and obligations of regulated payment institutions.
• Experience with STR/SAR filing processes and technical policy drafting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between TikTok’s financial crime team and PIPO’s compliance team.
• Lead alignment on Suspicious Transaction Report filing obligations.
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for information sharing.
