Responsibilities

• Manage an account of ship chandlers to achieve sales target.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients.
• Follow up on new sales leads from various marketing channels.
• Work closely with sales managers for accurate quotations.
• Process customer orders and prepare Proforma Invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance for order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Provide sales reports and forecasts to the Department Head.
