A leading logistics and supply chain firm in Singapore is seeking an Export and Import Logistics Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will manage the company's import and export operations, ensuring timely processing and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience in logistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be expected to work independently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar logistics or import/export coordinator role will be advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate multiple facets of the logistics process.
• Capacity to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of export documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the importation of goods.
• Liaise with forwarders, banks, customers and suppliers.
• Plan and schedule shipments.
• Ensure goods exported are according to order requirements while maintaining records and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely/reliable service.
