Qualifications

• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.
• Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service.
• Serve as the primary contact for international clients and propose solutions.
• Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks.
• Provide regular status updates and performance analysis.
