Luzerne is seeking an experienced Global Brand Manager to lead and elevate its global brand strategy. This senior role owns brand positioning, consistency, and storytelling across all markets, working closely with product, sales, and global teams to drive real commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings strong brand strategy experience (not just execution), regional or global marketing exposure, and the ability to translate insight into clear, compelling brand direction. Experience in lifestyle or tableware brands is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead Luzerne's global brand strategy and positioning
  • Own brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Lead integrated branding and communications campaigns tied to business outcomes
  • Partner closely with design, product, marketing, sales, and regional teams
  • Oversee brand initiatives including digital campaigns, events, tradeshows, partnerships, and public relations
  • Track brand performance using KPIs, dashboards, and market insights
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging brand practices
  • Direct and guide the China team to ensure consistent implementation of brand messaging and visuals across marketing materials and displays
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively, including working beyond office hours when required
What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong experience in brand strategy and marketing communications
  • Proven ability to build and manage brand positioning, not just execute campaigns
  • Regional or Global marketing experience (required)
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of website management and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM. Google Analytics, and Google Ads-Strong creative skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity with China digital landscape is a strong advantage
  • Excellent storytelling writing, and communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a plus, to support communication with factories and external vendors in China
Nice to Have:
  • Creative/Advertising agency and product display experience are a plus
  • Experience in tableware, lifestyle, or premium brands
