We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager to join our expanding APAC sales team.
In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with End User Global Key Accounts in Asia.
- Drive sustainable sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
- Retain and expand high-value accounts through strategic account management.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities that align with our global growth strategy.

Your expertise in electronic and physical security sales, combined with exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset, will help us accelerate our global expansion.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven success in managing complex, high-value deals.
- Track record of selling large and complex technology solutions with specific focus on driving business outcomes for clients.
- Ability to collaborate within extended teams to execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong business acumen to position the value of security solutions to Security Directors and senior business leaders.
- Self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, articulate product and business strategies, create demand and close deals.
As a Global Account Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for developing and managing both new and existing key accounts.
1. Strategic Account Management:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for key clients, aligning with the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure potential account knowledge and information is transferred effectively.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Forecast sales projections and track progress against targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and market analysis.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new accounts avenues for growth within Asia Region.
- Expand the company's presence in the market by acquiring new clients and strategic end users.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
3. Solution Selling:
- Act as a subject matter expert on IP Surveillance technology and solutions, effectively articulating product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their security challenges and recommend appropriate surveillance solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions according to client specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our IP Products offerings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Electrical, or electronic fields would be advantageous.
- Experience with IP Video Surveillance technology such as Milestone Systems, Genetec, Gallagher, Lenel, Digifort, CCure, or similar security systems knowledge (CCTV and Card Access Control technologies) is preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IP Surveillance or physical security industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
