About the Restaurant

We are an established Japanese restaurant located at Robertson Quay, with over 12 years of operating history. We are seeking a results-driven, motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of the business.

Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly Salary: SGD8,000 to SGD11,000 (Negotiable)
Variable Bonus (performance-based)
Annual Leave: 14 days

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily restaurant operations
  • Staff supervision, manpower planning, recruitment
  • Manage restaurant financial matters, including cost control and basic reporting
  • Restaurant administrative and operational coordination tasks
  • Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards
Requirements
  • Experience in restaurant operations and management
