Job description

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the organisation’s long-term vision, mission, and values to align teams and stakeholders


• Develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at increasing market share and supporting company expansion


• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic alliances or partnerships to drive growth


• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, smooth workflows, and adherence to company standards


• Review activity reports and sales data to measure productivity and identify actionable areas for operational improvement


• Identify and mitigate principal risks by managing enterprise risk and ensuring robust business continuity plans
