Job description

• Conduct annual and monthly account reviews across operating systems (OS), databases (DB), privileged user accounts, Outsystems, and GCC 2.0 environments.
• Ensure timely remediation of account discrepancies and maintain compliance with security and audit requirements.

Audit & Security Documentation

• Assist in the preparation of RFI responses for audits.
• Support the creation, submission, and tracking of System Security Plans (SSP), audit evidence, and other compliance deliverables.

Strategic Delivery Management

• Review and update JIRA/Kanban boards, ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables.
• Follow up with owners to close action items and maintain progress visibility.
• Track and report on Strategic WINS KPIs and OKRs.
• Own and track technical debt metrics across squads, coordinating with technical leads to ensure transparency and action plans.

Operational Support

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight in collaboration with an Associate Consultant (3 years experience).
• Escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet delivery and compliance timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3 years experience in IT project management or delivery management
• Familiarity with frameworks, GCC 2.0 compliance, and IM8 guidelines is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, RFI preparation, and security compliance documentation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA/Kanban tools, KPI/OKR reporting, and technical debt tracking.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical squads, consultants, and stakeholders.
