Job summary

A leading recruitment solutions company is seeking a candidate in Singapore to oversee 'Run the Bank' change requests and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in a financial institution. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ‘Run the Bank’ change requests following the Quarterly Release (QR) framework and budget for finance and data domains.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all business needs and manage stakeholders, including technical delivery teams.
  • Liaise with business users to formalize requirements and ensure clarity.
  • Coordinate with technical delivery teams for initial Level 0 estimates.
  • Consolidate prioritized change requests for impact assessment, including effort estimates.
  • Review impact analysis and cost quotations with business stakeholders for final prioritization.
  • Manage budget allocation and billing for prioritized change requests.
  • Support departmental administrative activities, including:
    • Onboarding/offboarding of resources.
    • Coordinating key meetings for department head.
    • Preparing meeting decks, project dashboards, and training arrangements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, organized, and analytical with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Previous experience in system analysis and PMO work preferred.
  • Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent tracking and coordination abilities.
