Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time English Tutor to join our academic team, specializing in IB (SL/HL), MYP, and IGCSE Mathematics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both group and one-on-one settings. This role involves designing lessons that align with official syllabi, running exam-focused practice drills, and conducting workshops that equip students with effective test strategies.

Responsibilities

In addition to teaching, you will organize timed practice sessions and intensive revision programs, providing students with individualized feedback to support their academic growth. You’ll also be expected to maintain a library of digital teaching materials and worksheets, helping to ensure consistency and excellence across the curriculum.

A key part of the role involves tracking student progress and communicating updates regularly with the academic team and parents. You\'ll also contribute to curriculum development and participate in internal academic planning and training workshops to help strengthen overall program delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and excellent communication skills. The ability to teach both small groups and individuals is essential, as is a high level of organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with IGCSE, IB, or A-Level syllabi is highly preferred. We also welcome recent IB or A-Level graduates with outstanding Math grades who are eager to begin a teaching career.

Compensation

Compensation starts at a monthly salary of $3,000, commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses and team-based incentives are available.

Work Schedule

The position follows a 5.5-day workweek, including both weekdays and a half-day on the weekend. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Weekend scheduling is flexible and may be discussed during the hiring process.
