Overview

We are looking for a charismatic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is excited to connect with customers both in-store and online. In addition to day-to-day store operations, you will also be hosting live streams to showcase our products, engage with online audiences, and support digital sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service standards and customer experiences in-store
  • Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Work collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide product knowledge and build strong customer relationships
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and transfers
  • Take initiative to host regular live streams (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to promote products, answer questions, and drive traffic to our stores and e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate with marketing team to align content themes and promotions for live streams
  • Remain updated on brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Passion for retail, digital engagement, and creating content
  • Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable being on camera
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and digital platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Flexibility to work across all store locations/outlets
