Position: Fashion Retail Assistant (FULL‑TIME)

Your Mission

As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Swapaholic on the ground—delivering amazing customer experiences, telling stories through creative content, and helping us grow a greener fashion future.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience – Greet, guide & delight customers with warm, planet‑positive service
• Content Creation – Snap and edit photos/videos under the direction of the marketing team
• Store Operations – Keep the store clean, welcoming & well‑organized
• Visual Merchandising – Curate eye‑catching displays that bring preloved fashion to life
• Point of Sale – Operate our POS system for smooth and efficient transactions
