Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform blood draws, vaccinations, and clinical procedures (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, ECG, swab tests).
  • Manage patient registration, appointments, and care coordination.
  • Handle CHAS, MediSave, and insurance claims, as well as general enquiries and
  • billing
  • Dispense medication (under doctor's supervision) and assist during consultations.
  • Liaise with external laboratories and medical suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-friendly clinical environment.
Education & Certification:
  • Minimum: Nitec or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid, Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Valid, Certified in BCLS / AED.
  • Valid, Certificate in Phlebotomy (preferred but not required).
Experience:
  • Recent full-time experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in blood-taking procedures.
General Requirements:
  • Comfortable with using clinic management software and digital systems.
  • Familiarity with claims processing (CHAS, MediSave, insurance) is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to document triage properly is appreciated.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language or dialect is a bonus.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Lunch break: 12:30pm -2:00pm)
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
  • Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
