About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the medical practice and ensuring patients receive excellent care.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, providing a friendly and professional service
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow
  • Assisting Clinic Manager & Asst Clinic Manager with various clinical and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files
  • Ordering and restocking medical supplies and equipment as needed
  • Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-maintained
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Compassionate, patient and attentive to the needs of patients
