Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer to serve as the link between our internal business operations and technical execution. In this role, you will translate stakeholder requirements into functional solutions, uphold the delivery standards of outsourced partners, and take full ownership of the maintenance and deployment of our in-house software ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a technical generalist who is equally comfortable writing code, building reactive UIs, and configuring server environments or Docker containers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into clear technical specifications and user stories by partnering with internal departments to drive solution development
• Lead technical liaison activities with external agencies by conducting code reviews and ensuring architectural integrity and timely delivery of projects
• Maintain, debug, and extend existing applications to ensure long‑term stability and optimal performance of software systems
• Manage web servers and databases to achieve high availability and reliability for business‑critical applications
• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless and efficient transitions from staging to production environments
• Navigate and refactor legacy codebases across multiple programming languages to support evolving business needs
• Apply a "Product Owner" mindset by taking personal accountability for the stability, performance, and usability of internal tools
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative improvements and respond to changing requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computing/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated 3–5 years of professional full‑stack development experience using PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue, Node.js), Python, Rust, and SQL (MariaDB/MySQL)
• Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, Git version control (including Artisan), and containerized environments such as Docker
• Proven ability to effectively bridge communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders and manage vendor relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to support collaborative and adaptive project delivery
