Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the operations of their newly refurbished Nanyang Executive Centre. The successful candidate will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, manage departmental performance, and work collaboratively to enhance guest experiences. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and at least 4 years of experience in Rooms Division leadership. Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive Rooms Division or Front Office leadership experience within a hotel.
  • Strong understanding of guest satisfaction metrics and labour management.
  • Experience with accommodation/hotel pre-opening would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth execution of check-ins and check-outs.
  • Develop, recommend and manage the Front Office budget to meet financial targets.
  • Train, coach and counsel Front Office team members.
