We are seeking Front Desk / Telemarketing / Call Centre Executives to handle customer interactions, inbound/outbound calls, and front desk duties. This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Attend to customers and manage front desk reception duties
Respond to customer inquiries and provide علیه accurate information
Conduct telemarketing or follow-up calls as required
Schedule appointments and maintain call or customer records
Update customer information in systems and databases
Support administrative tasks related to customer service
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
Prior experience in front desk, telemarketing, or call center role is an advantage
Good verbal communication skills and customer service mindset
Comfortable with phone-based work
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary up to $3,000
