The Receptionist is responsible for delivering a consistent and professional front-desk experience at the AsterSpring Skin Care Center. The role serves as the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and seamless experience throughout their visit. This position manages walk-in customers, appointment arrangements, and customer enquiries across various communication channels. The incumbent is expected to uphold AsterSpring’s service standards, maintain accurate administrative records, and support overall center operations to ensure an efficient and customer-centric environment.

  • Uphold AsterSpring’s service standards, tone of voice and brand professionalism
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable client experience
  • Manage customer enquiries across all communication platforms promptly and courteously
  • Handle appointment bookings, changes and follow-ups with accuracy and care
  • Coordinate with team to ensure smooth treatment flow and daily operations
  • Relay customer feedback and support internal communication for alignment and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas
  • Perform front-desk functions, including payment processing, data entry, customer record maintenance, and daily reporting
  • Support any other operational or administrative tasks as assigned to ensure efficient branch operations
Requirements
  • Able to work retail hours 10am – 9pm, including weekends and public holidays in a mall-based facial salon environment
  • Experience in customer service, reception or front-desk roles is an advantage
  • Interest in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry
  • Professional, warm and customer-centric communication style
  • Reliable, responsive and committed to delivering high-quality service
  • Able to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
