About the role

Are you passionate about health, fitness and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team at Fr33dom Fitness Pte. Ltd. as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this full‑time position based in the Central Region, you will be the first point of contact for our valued gym members, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome every time they visit our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome all gym members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Register new members and process all membership‑related transactions efficiently
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide information about our gym services and facilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing bookings and handling payments
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create an inviting environment
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the gym
What we're looking for
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a gym or fitness centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people from all walks of life
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including point‑of‑sale and booking systems
  • A passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals
